31 Killed In Brussels Terror Attacks

Europe remains under high alert after terrorists attacked an airport and subway station in Brussels during morning rush hour on Tuesday. Two suicide killed at least ten people at a departure check-in area at the airport. A third bomb exploded shortly after in a nearby subway killing twenty people. Over two-hundred people were injured in the attacks. A manhunt is underway for another suspect who is believed to be on the run. believe Tuesday’s attacks were related to Friday’s arrest of Salah Abdeslam, Europe’s most-wanted fugitive. Abdeslam had been on the run since the Paris terrorist attacks last November. ISIS has responsibility for the attacks in Brussels.

  3. Who was arrested the previous weekend?

Discussion Questions: Do media outlets sometimes reveal too much information when manhunts are ongoing, or does the public deserve to know everything?
