I think the Brexit, does not affect English language learners and teachers, because the referendum is a political decision and English is a universal language and could be tought and learned by diferent means; as i am learning from Lima- Perú.

Brexit might affect English language learners and teachers slowing down when they travel in the European Union Countries. The English teachers need to have passaports to travel now, and a permission work visa to teach English in EU countries. And to renew the visa permission every time it expires. This is a bureaucratic obstacle because of Brexit, so they can’t go to the EU countries with only their Identification Card, how they were used. All English learners that live EU countries need a student visa to enter in UK. This mean, one more, bureaucratic obstacle.
I will be very grateful, if someone could check my writing.
