ICAO stands for International Civil Aviation Organization. The organization regulates international pilots to demonstrate proficiency in English, including aspects such as structure, comprehension, and instruction. After pilots achieve the Operational level of English proficiency, they may participate as operators on international routes. Not only for international flights, but some also suggest that domestic pilots and operators should have a certain level of English proficiency as well. In case of an emergency where a pilot becomes lost and needs to communicate with a neighboring country, English can be helpful.

In my opinion pilot use only one language is better than they use different languages, because they have a huge responsibility of so many life, So only one language helps to reduce the risk. In some cases domestic traffic controllers have a language issue, some of them uses different language in their own district. In addition, more have come from different cities and different countries for a job.

Well to my own point of view, it’s very important for an international pilot to speak English because,they will be meeting so many people with different languages and I believe English is a language we can easily use to communicate with each other.Thanks

I think that is necesary that the pilots talk only one language in their operations, becuse this avoid the mistakes in the flights.
